How long will Earlobe Correction Surgery take?
The procedure will take around 30 minutes and you will be treated as a Day-case patient. Dr Sof will discuss this with you at your consultation
What is the Aftercare following an Earlobe Correction Procedure?
After your Earlobe Correction surgery, you should be able to leave directly after your procedure. If you were given a sedative your recovery time will be around an hour. You should be able to return to work within the following day.
Can I have my ear pierced after Earlobe correction Surgery?
Yes, however we recommend leaving at least 2-3 months before repeating a piercing. It is important to understand that the piercing may result in another Earlobe Correction if the piercing is too heavy or large.
Where is the earlobe correction surgery performed?
The surgery is performed in our CQC registered clinic in Rostherne, Cheshire.
Will the holes in my ears just shrink over time if I don’t have surgery?
In general, earlobe holes over 10mm will require surgery to correct. Holes less than this will most likely shrink to a small size.
How long do the results last for?
The surgery is permanent, and your ears will retain their natural shape for life.
